Are you interested in a custom Livin’ Bold Planner? If so, you’re in the right spot. Please complete this Custom Interest Form before proceeding to the custom order process:

In the interest form, please provide the following information regarding your custom order:

• Interest in a physical or digital planner.
• Whether you’d like an undated or dated planner.
• Purpose of planner
• Specify the type of planner: Monthly, Weekly, Daily, or Combination (ex: Monthly and Weekly pages)
• Interest in specialty pages (what additional pages would you like your planner to include?) Examples listed below:
• Month at a glance page, Month reflection, Vision board, Bold Journal, Inspirational quotes, To-do lists, Notes (bullet, lined, or blank sheets)
• Please provide an estimate of quantity. Single and multiple planner orders are accepted.
• Any planner reference images (if you have them)

After completing the form, please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Within the reply, availability and/or a list of meeting times will be sent to discuss your custom planner. During this meeting it is encouraged to elaborate on your custom order.

Shipping Policy:

Every Livin’ Bold order comes with the selected planner, keychain, and pen. Each planner is printed to order taking 2 weeks to be processed. After the planners have been processed and received, they will be shipped off to their intended destinations via USPS. Tracking codes will be sent out no later than 3-7 business days after items have been shipped.

Items that are ready-to-ship (i.e. keychains) will generally ship within 2 weeks or sooner.

To change the shipping address for your order, please email livinboldboxes@gmail.com as soon as possible using the subject line: Update Shipping Address. You will receive an email to notify the update.

We do not offer international shipping.

All items are final sales. If you receive anything defective with our products, please inform us and we will be glad to send a replacement. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving an item to report a problem at livinboldboxes@gmail.com by providing an image of the damaged item in your initial email.

Order cancelations must be requested within 48 hours of purchasing. After the 48 hours the order can not be canceled.
